She LOVES organising, weaving projects and ideas into reality. Diana will also be offering ‘Sauna venik sessions’ in Barrel Sauna (sign up by sauna), drawn on the elements of wood, fire and water, the venik is the instrument that brings all three together in the ritual of the venik massage. The venik is a bundle of small leafy branches harvested during the summer when the tree is in flower and tied together to form something resembling a crude broom. It is soaked until supple and used in the sauna to massage the body and to direct the steam from the stove, capture and move the steam and to massage the body in the right way. A Beautiful, sacred ritual in which the venik is used to invoke the gods of wood, fire and water. You’ll be floating away after the session!

ROBYN WILFORD (Circling and Authentic Relating): Robyn leads groups and individuals to connect to their own aliveness. He is a Certified Circling Facilitator, Living Tantra School of Being teacher, and NARM Developmental Trauma Informed Professional.
Circling and Authentic Relating practices are often linked or spoken about together. Authentic Relating emerged from Circling and tends to be more structured, with “games” and sentence stems acting like guide rails for connection. Circling in its purest form is an interpersonal meditation and encourages self leadership, and is less facilitated. Both elicit intimacy and you may find quickly creating deep appreciation of the people you’re with and surprisingly meaningful connections. Circling is a cutting edge relational practice. It’s done in a group or with another person and invites feeling into the subtleties of one’s present experience in connection with others, often using words to share that experience. Both those new to Circling and those with more experience are very welcome.

RUPERT JAMES ALISON (Wheel of Consent/ Connection & Intimacy Games): an experienced Wheel of Consent facilitator with Betty Martin’s School of Consent. I have also been offering a wide variety of different workshops at festivals around the UK and Europe for over 15 years, including for many years at the Osho Leela Sexuality Gathering. Over many years of running workshops in the UK and Europe, this one has always been the most popular! It emphasises playfulness and fun, as well as showing up with authenticity as people get to know each other. At a dance festival, it can help to add guided and ‘real’ verbal interactions to balance the many non-verbal dance-spaces.
Wheel of Consent: This is a powerful embodied consent practice which goes beyond other models of consent by clarifying four different kinds of exchanges, each of which feels different in the body and requires a different kind of consent agreement to be made. It is relevant to all areas of life, including physical distance, touch, and sexuality, and is at the forefront of building a culture of consent within our communities. In this workshop you will have the opportunity to experience each of the Wheel’s four quadrants through consensual exchanges of simple touch. Rupert has been an accredited facilitator of the Wheel of Consent since 2018.
Connections & Intimacy Games: Join us for a guided mix of playful and heartfelt one-to-one meetings with other festival-goers. Whether you are looking for friendship, community, flirtation, a soul-mate, a festival buddy, a lover, or all the above – welcome! We make no assumptions about your gender, orientation or relationship status and we’ll support you to be in consent at all times.

MYSTERY SCHOOL OF SOUND (Gong Baths): Paul & Mark are twin brothers and have been performing with the gongs for over 6 years and have been developing a healing programme to complement their practice. This practice has been developed through the healing arts and esoteric teachings from Eastern and Western traditions. The primary influences are European mysticism as well as shamanic practices from around the world. As a duet, they play together with a number of symphonic and tuned gongs, the virtue of two performers playing the gongs allows for a binaural experience that extends one’s consciousness that much further. Together they create a layered soundscape experience for you to deeply relax and meditate into. They also complement the gongs with other instruments such as singing bowls, flute and the kalimba.
Gong bath: Enter an epic gong performance, a wonderful sound journey where you travel through your own inner landscape. A performance that puts you into a deep meditational state that will enable you to totally relax, de-stress and heal physically & mentally. Gongs provide the most immediate way to relax by inducing a wakeful dream. Theta brainwaves occur most often just before sleep and waking but are also present in deep meditation. In this state, the external world diminishes, the senses withdraw to the inner self. This state is where archetypal imagery takes on a new focus. In this personal space, you can access and work on your shadow self, control unconscious habits, past traumas as well as any other dis-ease one needs to face & clear.
