Each year we welcome a variety of experienced DJs, musicians, movement teachers, singers, and wellbeing practitioners — including breathwork, yoga, sound, and other supportive modalities.

The programme includes a cross-section of sessions that support different layers of experience — from playful movement and deep dance, to grounding practices and quiet integration.
The festival takes place across a range of indoor and outdoor spaces, offering both energy and comfort. We prioritise good sound, good flow, and enough space for people to participate without feeling crowded.
